Exceptional service. The optometrist who conducted the examination was fantastic. Incredibly friendly. The staff was very helpful, and the manager of the eye center was also exceptional. My glasses were delivered promptly. I will only be visiting this place for my glasses in the future.
Cameron is absolutely incredible. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He made my experience truly wonderful and has gained a lifelong customer as long as he is here.
Highly skilled and supportive staff during the examination - Dr. Serniak is upbeat and made the visit and examination enjoyable, he is positive & professional during his examinations as well. I recommend them for all your optometry needs! The ordering process was excellent as well, overall the experience was outstanding and I would have given 5 stars until I picked up my glasses. Cameron could not be more impolite. Perhaps he was having a rough day, but that is not a justification to have a sarcastic attitude towards a paying customer. He was also very unprofessional on the phone when I called. Everyone else was fantastic...
