Absolutely fantastic in every aspect!!! Valerie, Alex, and Jordan, along with all the ladies there, exceed expectations. Thank you all for being a part of these special memories and for your unwavering patience throughout the process!
Alex and Jordan are exceptional! I had Alex as my consultant to choose my dream wedding dress, and she also assisted my mom in selecting her dress! I didn't have much confidence going into the appointment but Alex made me feel incredibly beautiful and self-assured. She is extremely patient, kind, supportive, and positive, and I couldn't recommend her more! We encountered a challenge with our final fittings for our dresses, but when I reached out, Jordan was exceptional and managed to get my mom in for adjustments that same day! My mom was hesitant to return and didn't want to cause any trouble, but she said she felt like a VIP and that Jordan and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Jordan, the owner, ensures to personally connect with every customer and make you feel like the most valued person there. I can't express enough good things about her. Thank you Exclusively Yours for providing us with an amazing experience!
Overall, this establishment was quite pleasant to work with for my wedding. There were a couple of miscommunication issues, but they were promptly resolved. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Alex for my dress, and she was incredibly kind. The only reason I rate it 4 stars is due to the seamstress. She seemed to struggle to grasp my concerns, and when I raised them, she tried to convince me I was mistaken or that it wasn't necessary. I felt that my dress was slightly loose in the chest area. I mentioned this in multiple appointments, but it didn't seem like she believed me. Overall, a good experience, but when you pay a significant amount for a dress, you expect it to be flawless.
