I visited this salon for a haircut last Saturday. While waiting, I overheard an elderly individual discussing child abuse in a very unprofessional and disturbing manner. This experience made me extremely uncomfortable and I have decided not to return.
My visit to this salon today was a complete disaster. I waited for 70 minutes before getting my hair cut. The stylist did not follow my instructions properly, resulting in a messy and unprofessional haircut. I left feeling extremely dissatisfied with the service.
I had a mixed experience at this salon. After a disappointing haircut at a different location, I decided to give Normandale Village a try. The stylist, Raven, was understanding and did a fantastic job fixing my hair. I am grateful for her skill and will definitely be returning to her for future cuts.
