I have been a customer of Alex's for about 2-3 years now and have only had positive experiences with them! They are very personable, excellent at their job, and knowledgeable. They enjoy working with their customers and ensuring they understand your preferences. They prioritize the quality of the products they use and care about customer satisfaction with the final outcome. I have only interacted with Alex, the owner, for hair cutting and coloring. However, they offer a variety of other services which I'm sure are equally fantastic! I haven't worked with the other staff members, but they all exude warmth and approachability. Overall, I have no complaints!
