I have been frequenting this establishment since its inception 22 years ago, and the quality of service has markedly declined in recent years. On my last visit for a haircut, I received no greeting upon entering. The lack of hospitality was off-putting, but I proceeded to sign my name on the sheet at the front desk to check-in. Despite being the sole customer in the waiting area, two stylists were engaged in idle chatter without attending to any clients. After 15 minutes, one stylist went to the back while the other approached the front desk. I assumed it was my turn, yet to my dismay, the stylist at the desk simply started browsing her phone, disregarding my presence and failing to provide any updates on the wait time. After enduring an additional 5 minutes of neglect, I decided to leave. Your thoughtless behavior has cost you a loyal customer of 22 years. I took my business elsewhere and received a warm welcome, prompt check-in, and a fantastic haircut. I will no longer be patronizing Supercuts.
I have no issues with the haircut I received; it was excellent. However, I was greatly disappointed by their check-in process. I waited in the lobby for a staggering 1 hour and 30 minutes. Despite being asked to write my name on the clipboard and wait, no one attended to check me in until a stylist became available. Meanwhile, individuals who had checked in through the app were being served before me, causing further delays. Four customers who arrived after me received haircuts before I was even acknowledged and checked in. They require a dedicated check-in staff to reduce waiting times for walk-ins and ensure services are provided in the order of arrival.
I had scheduled an appointment online for 9:20 AM. Upon arrival, I was informed that I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, I decided to leave.
