I am deeply unsatisfied with the hair service I received at this salon. My hair was severely damaged, burnt, and over-processed during the appointment. The stylist did not follow my initial request for highlights and instead subjected my hair to excessive heat and chemicals, resulting in a disastrous green mullet. I now have strands as short as 3 inches, with one side significantly shorter than the other due to rough handling. This experience has left me with a melted, fried mess of hair just weeks before my wedding. Despite the damage done, the stylist insisted on further treatments and charged me a significant amount, which I now realize was unjustified. I have sought opinions from other professionals who agree that this level of damage should not have been charged for. My trust in this salon has been shattered.
