VIP Nails

The lady directly behind the register, is the absolute worst. I think his name is Kim. First off, he is very condescending. His niceness is forced and very inauthentic. His vibe just gives fake and made me very uncomfortable. This was the second time he did my nails. First time was a long time ago and my nails were lumpy, shape was off and design was not symmetrical. I promised myself he won’t touch my nails again but I was in a hurry when I went today and he was the first available. NOTHING changed since I last went to him. My nails were still horrible. Also he kept screaming at me to relax my hands. At one point he screamed “relax your hand, what did I tell you before”. Then he had the nerve to tell me later not to be upset. Why won’t I be upset? I am not your child. And the reason I may not have been relaxed is because I wanted to see what you were doing the whole time. Because u messed up my nails before. You are always rushing to finish and go do someone else’s. Despite talking to me like that and messing up my nails, I chose to let it go. Because I hate bringing attention to myself. But you did that anyway by talking to me with that tone and volume. You’re a very miserable person and I hope you find happiness. God speed!

Thank you Andy not only you finished my nails in such a short time. But you did an amazing job in less than an hour, even though it was closing time you politely and gracefully gave me exactly what I wanted for the fall season. My hands look marvelous and pretty.
