Absolutely love Jade and her salon. They are always warm and welcoming. The place is spotless, and there is plexiglass everywhere. My dip and pedicure were done to perfection. Thank you.
I had just gotten my nails done 4 days prior to an event and checked with the manager if the regular nail polish would last for 6-7 days and she said yes no problem. Based on her recommendation I opted for a regular vs a gel polish I was very careful not to use my hands a lot to preserve them for my event. Well the polish chipped off and just before my event I had to carve out extra time to get a retouch. They were good enough to get me in and out in time but I was surprised that they charged me the full amount for a re-coat of polish. I felt they should have stood by their work having assured me that this will last and at least extended the courtesy of a free coat and or a reduced price. Of course I felt obliged to tip the operator a second time. In all I spent more than I would have with a gel option and came away with the feeling that the simple courtesy would have ensured my loyalty.
I stopped going here after walking away frustrated many times. I really like Jade so I didn’t want to find a new place, but my gel manicures never last and the ladies just seem to keep getting sloppy in their technique. Feels like they just push you in and out.
