By far, the quickest nail technician I've ever encountered. Billy does an outstanding job. He works at lightning speed, which I appreciate as I like to get in and out as swiftly as possible. Both my hands and feet were done in no time. I will definitely return; although they aren't the most affordable, the quality of work and the efficiency are worth every penny to me. The pleasant atmosphere is an added bonus. My last visit to a nail salon in KC, which has since been sold, was a disaster, and I left feeling dissatisfied. I am so grateful that he removed those dreadful nails and gave me something I adore, which was absolutely worth every cent. I will certainly be back to this remarkable hidden gem. Nina did my hands the second time as Billy was out of town.
Eyelash extensions: I got mine done two weeks ago there, and I had perfectly lovely lashes. Now, I am completely bald. I've tried eyelash extension remover, Vaseline, and baby oil to remove the extensions, but all of my eyelashes are gone—completely gone. I highly advise against getting your eyelashes done here. As an eyelash enthusiast, do not, I repeat, do not risk it if you value your lashes. They may look nice initially, but in the long run, they are not healthy. I am at a loss for what steps to take now, but I am utterly terrified and felt compelled to share my story with others. This isn't my first time getting eyelash extensions, but it's certainly the worst experience I've ever had. Moreover, I was visiting from out of town and decided to get my eyelashes done here because of the attractive pictures I saw online. Do not be deceived by appearances, as you will come to regret it. Let's all prioritize safety above everything that merely looks good.
First time visitor here! I absolutely adored this place. I walked in without an appointment, signed in on the iPad, and was seated and seen immediately. The staff was extensive, and they offered a wide range of services including drinks, waxing, and eyelashes. I was truly impressed, and she absolutely nailed my design. I will definitely be returning; this was the best recommendation from a friend ever.
