Extremely dissatisfied. Spent well over $200, plus over $50 in gratuity. My gel acrylic nail detached in less than 15 hours after leaving the salon. Subsequently, I lost every other nail within precisely 5 days. Furthermore, my initial stylist had to depart the studio for an emergency, which is understandable... they did reschedule me, but I suspect my technician, Maria, (very kind individual) was still in training as she accidentally cut me and caused bleeding multiple times and couldn't align my nails properly - to the extent that I had to cease commenting for her to rectify. I also received a pedicure that same week, Lily was exceptional!! Unfortunately, the gel nail polish bubbled and peeled off right away. I attempted to call, and Samantha answered, stating they couldn't assist me if I couldn't arrive within 10 minutes. In conclusion, I really wanted to enjoy this place.
