Courtney is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!! I cannot emphasize this enough. They possess a wonderful energy, are courteous, professional, and consistently punctual in their services. Every interaction with them is seamless. With sparse, nearly non-existent brows, I have tried numerous places for arching and tinting, and Courtney is truly a MASTER in this art. Unlike many others, they ensure that your brows are shaped to enhance your facial features, resulting in a natural and lifelike appearance. Moreover, their studio is STUNNING and fragrant. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment. I will certainly not seek services elsewhere.
Scheduled an eyebrow arch appointment for this morning, arrived a few minutes early as a first-time client, and unfortunately, also the last. Tried calling the number four times, waited beyond 5 minutes past my scheduled time, and still no response. Unprofessional conduct, and I will not be returning.
Courtney has a delightful aura and excels in her craft, however, the lack of prompt communication is disappointing. Weekend slots are generally scarce, necessitating me to disrupt my work schedule for an appointment. Wishing them success, but I will not be a repeat client.
