Had an amazing experience with Taylor. She not only fulfilled my requests but went above and beyond. Thank you for the exceptional service.
It was quite crowded when we arrived, indicating it was a popular spot, but unfortunately, we had an unfortunate experience. The stylist ended up cutting off more than the requested length, making it a disappointing visit. I suggest the owner should regularly supervise the stylists to ensure consistency in service quality. Although I won't be returning, it's a shame that one worker's performance can misrepresent an otherwise excellent establishment with a great ambiance and location.
I've been a regular visitor and have always been impressed by the friendly and skilled staff. However, my recent appointment with a new stylist named Lily was a letdown. Despite her claim of a month's experience, the haircut was poorly executed, leaving my hair uneven and poorly styled. When I raised my concerns, she shifted the blame to my hair rather than acknowledging her lack of expertise. It's disheartening to see a reputable establishment hire individuals who lack the necessary skills, making each visit a gamble.
