This was the worst nail experience I've ever had! I strongly advise against visiting this salon. If I could rate it zero stars, I would without hesitation. The gel French manicure I received was a disaster - the polish application was sloppy, and the French tips were uneven in size. Absolutely unacceptable!
I am utterly disappointed on Christmas Eve to see my nails in such a state. I paid in advance and even left a $10 tip before the service, as is my custom. I regret not speaking up and asking for a refund. The quality of manicures at this salon is truly appalling.
Though the lady was gentle, my nails did not turn out as desired. They resemble hooves rather than elegant fingers. A simple powder application on natural nails resulted in a disappointing outcome. I doubt I will return due to the high price for subpar results.
