The individual who trimmed my hair was pleasant, yet I have received feedback from approximately 3 individuals indicating that the back section of my haircut is mishandled. Additionally, the haircut is advertised as $16.70, however, because I requested the use of scissors on the top, there was an additional $2 fee that I was not informed about until the payment stage. This will be my final visit here.
They apply a charge of 13.65 for males and 18.20 for females even if they are receiving the same haircut. I possess recordings of conversations where they acknowledge this, as well as statements from 2 female supervisors claiming it was a misunderstanding. It was not, as I have numerous witnesses who engaged in a very intense discussion with one of the staff members who simply stated they do not establish the regulations. The individual in authority is attempting to compel all females to visit the salon, even if they have a short military-style cut. This is unjust, we strive for liberty for this type of situation to occur right on base. The person accountable should feel ashamed. I am seriously contemplating taking this matter to the local news, as a change is imperative.
