I arrived for a perm on October 7, showed the stylist what I desired. She confirmed she could achieve it. As she applied the solution, it only stayed for 15 minutes, she tested a curl on top and said it looked good. After washing and applying about 4 products, my hair was indeed curly. However, on the 8th, I noticed some bangs were losing their curl, so I tried to contact them but couldn't leave a message as it cut off. I called again on the 10th, received no response, by the 11th my hair had lost its curl and I was dissatisfied after paying $180 plus a $25 tip. I demand a redo at no additional cost as I paid a significant amount for nothing.
