WARNING: AVOID THIS PLACE FOR NAIL SERVICES! DO IT YOURSELF INSTEAD! The technician who worked on my sister's nails was rough, placing acrylic nails on top of her cuticles, leaving them crooked and thick. There were remnants under the nails, causing them to lift. The design I requested turned out poorly, not resembling flowers at all. Even the diamond accents were placed haphazardly. I paid $60 for this subpar service and immediately returned to have them removed. My nails done elsewhere two weeks ago look far better. For quality service, I highly recommend Malis Nail Boutique in Lowell.
I had my nails done four days ago. The staff was friendly, but rushed as they were closing soon. This may have affected the quality of their work. The polish was messy, leaving residue on my fingertips, and my nails were not properly cleaned or trimmed. The next day, a piece of my nail chipped off, making it uneven. The color began to fade quickly, showing a greenish-yellow hue. I doubt the products used are of high quality. My toenails have air bubbles and polish on the skin. I would have gladly paid more for a cleaner and better job.
This establishment deserves a complete overhaul, not even worthy of a "zero" rating. The main employee, an elderly man, was aggressive and rushed me to choose a nail color. He was rough during polish removal, causing cuts, and showed no remorse. The pedicure water was too warm, lacking sanitization. The wrong color was used, and I was too intimidated to object. Extremely rude service. I hope this place faces consequences and shuts down. I will never return. Visit Towne Plaza or Burlington Mall for excellent service, or try the nail salon near Market Basket Plaza. Legal action should be taken against this place. The man even used a blade to remove my gel color! Alarming behavior. I refrained from speaking up due to anxiety.
