My partner visited this salon for a wedding manicure. The service was unpleasant, with the technician displaying an air of superiority and reluctance to work on my partner's nails. The outcome was unsatisfactory, causing discomfort for days. I believe I could have done a better job myself. I strongly advise against patronizing this salon for nail services. I will not return here in the future. 😤
Tried a pedicure here for the first time today and was delighted with the outcome. Despite being short-staffed, our appointment was prompt. Very happy with the results.
Mistakenly visited this salon and ended up with the technician who has received poor reviews. The filing was so rough that it caused bleeding on two fingers, the acetone treatment left my fingertips dry and sticky, and the excessive use of acrylic made the undersides rough. I experienced no issues previously, but I recommend avoiding this technician. EDIT: Two nails broke without any significant impact, precisely where the extensions were glued, indicating poor application. The technician did not take care to properly size the nail extensions, resulting in the need to repair two nails at an additional cost.
