My son entered for his inaugural haircut, feeling anxious and shy. Kim ensured clear communication and ensured my son's satisfaction with the requested cut. She even suggested a simple solution for a rash my son was unaware of at the end!
*My rating is not related to the owner or the quality of the hair products at this establishment*. On 11/24/23 around 2:30 pm, I delivered food to a young hairdresser. The location indicated by my GPS led me to the opposite side of the extensive parking lot with around 20 businesses. So, fulfilling my duties, I called the young lady and was met with sarcasm and a condescending tone, as if I lacked knowledge. I remained polite and mentioned there was no need for anger, but she persisted in belittling me and then abruptly ended the call. Approximately a minute later, I drove to the front entrance of Fantastic Sam's. Upon entering, I once again explained that the GPS location was not precise and indicated where it had directed me. Keep in mind, I am not familiar with the businesses in the complex or its layout. Upon entering, I faced further condescending behavior and sarcasm. It was unwarranted and somewhat immature. Dealing with such trouble for a low-wage "NO TIP" delivery is too much. I will not return to this establishment again.
I must give a 0 star. The haircut was terrible. I requested a layered cut and I have never received a worse layered cut like the one I got today. Please learn how to cut hair before opening a salon. No patience to even listen to my request!! A TRULY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
