I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my eyelashes. The technician was highly professional and dedicated to ensuring that my set looked absolutely stunning. Star Lash truly lives up to its reputation as a top-notch business and I will definitely be a returning customer. The salon had a lovely ambiance and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Conveniently located near the freeway, finding parking was a breeze as well.
The quality of work at this place does not justify the high price they charge. I traveled here for my birthday expecting top-tier service, but was left disappointed. The overall experience was subpar - my lash tech, Krsitllel, was late, made me take a long detour to enter the building, and seemed more focused on her phone than on providing a comfortable service. My eyes were left in pain and discomfort, causing me to rely on eye drops for the remainder of my trip. The hype around this place is unwarranted, and I strongly advise against believing the hype. The customer service was also lacking, which is surprising given my background in customer relations and operations. Save your money and seek out a more competent lash salon.
As a loyal customer of this establishment, it pains me to have to leave a negative review. Despite being a patron for over a year, I have consistently dealt with the tardiness of technicians Kristell and Esme. Today, I waited in the parking lot for over 20 minutes, a common occurrence here, without any response or acknowledgement. It is disrespectful to keep customers waiting for extended periods, especially when it becomes a recurring issue. Los Angeles boasts a plethora of skilled lash technicians, so I recommend exploring other options to save both time and money. Chronic lateness and no-shows demonstrate a lack of regard for customer loyalty. This marks the second time I have been stood up for an appointment, with numerous instances of technicians arriving significantly late. It is regrettable to part ways with this establishment, but my time is valuable and consistently wasted here.
