Alison was informative and patient when I inquired about sessions. She explained the procedure of electrolysis thoroughly. She was also prompt and accommodating when it came to scheduling. Riley is the technician I had sessions with. They are efficient and maintain a professional demeanor.
Both Jordan and Skylar were friendly. I can affirm that. However, the service itself was rather unpleasant. Skylar works swiftly but is a bit too forceful for my taste. Moreover, she appeared to lack expertise in her work. Jordan did most of the communication and scheduling over the phone, which is fine. Nevertheless, when hiring someone, part of their responsibility is to educate and inform clients as well.
