Zdenka's facial was truly rejuvenating. Her touch felt like magic, exuding a sense of tranquility. The spa exudes elegance, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The range of services is impressive, and I am looking forward to indulging in more facials here.
I feel conflicted because the esthetician was friendly. However, as a first-time recipient of professional makeup application, I expected a certain standard. Despite my limited knowledge of makeup, I understand the importance of blending foundation onto the neck, which was overlooked in this case. I had an influencer's wedding to attend, and although I am not a model, I wanted to feel beautiful. To make matters worse, my husband remarked that my makeup looked subpar, breaking my heart. On a positive note, the hair and hotel services were excellent. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this makeup service.
Writing this review is challenging. Starting with the positives, the ladies at the reception desk are absolute gems, displaying immense kindness. The facial treatment was exceptional. However, the esthetician who performed the facial was shockingly impolite. She made derogatory comments about my body and my friend's. As someone in recovery from an eating disorder, her words were deeply triggering. She also shared personal information about her marital problems and childbirth tears, which was highly unprofessional. I informed the reception staff about her behavior, and they responded with compassion, offering me a discount. Their kindness shines, and the esthetician could learn a lot from them.
