I called to schedule my first appointment and spoke with Alex, who was very pleasant. Later, when I called to provide my credit card details as requested, a different individual answered, displaying impatience. When I inquired about the difference between a master and senior practitioner, she curtly informed me that a master costs an additional $20, to which I agreed. After confirming the details, she abruptly ended the call. Upon calling back, she aggressively asked, "Do you want the appointment or not? What's your decision?" I was truly shocked! In all my 25 years of experience in customer service, I seldom leave negative reviews, but this encounter was exceptionally rude.
This place is absolutely charming! Taylor did an amazing job and the results are simply adorable! They provided me with thorough aftercare instructions, so now I'll see if I can maintain them and follow the guidelines! 😊
The service was satisfactory, but being charged $245 for a basic set is excessive. And then, if the service provider is considered skilled, they tack on an extra $30? I hope that additional amount goes directly to the service provider! There was nothing exceptional to justify such a high price.
