If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It was my first visit here, misled by the five-star Google reviews. A complete disappointment! Using one wax bowl and stick for everyone, no eyebrow cleaning before waxing, and solely focused on payment rather than customer satisfaction. Despite my specific request for a cleanup, the technician did as she pleased, resulting in overly thin and uneven brows. When I pointed this out, she dismissed my concerns and insisted I should have been clearer. She even suggested I return in two weeks for a cleanup, as if it was my fault. Insisting on immediate payment via cash app and making me wait until it was confirmed, despite knowing my dissatisfaction. This place is only suitable if you want to resemble Doja Cat. Additionally, constant phone conversations and gossiping.
