Arranged hair appointment and inquired about pricing. Was informed $75 for roots and $45 for haircut. Upon completion, was charged $140, the highest ever paid for this service. Had to remind Nancy about hair protector during blow drying. Requested half inch off hair, but 2 inches were cut. Hair grows fast luckily. Expected hot iron treatment for the price. Was not shown the back of the hair. Will not return.
