I adore this spot! It's spotless and incredibly welcoming. Every individual who works there is amiable and they all excel at spoiling me! Their craftsmanship is exceptional! They creatively crafted all my designs!!! They offer a wide range of colors and stock gel polish, dip, and more! If you're seeking the premier spot in town, give them a visit as they are truly top-notch!
They executed a splendid job in bringing an idea to fruition. Truly a tranquil and revitalizing experience at a reasonable cost.
I have frequented LD nails for over 5 years. Even my family used their services. Diane (the proprietor) and the other staff members were familiar with my family and me. I had a pedicure done last Thursday. The nail polish did not fully dry because the employees added too much acetone to the nearly empty nail polish bottles, ruining the polish. Upon my return after the weekend, as I was away, I requested a color switch. They instructed me to select a new color. After I sat down and the staff member inspected it, all employees proceeded to mock and laugh at me in a language I later translated to be Chinese. I recorded their conversation and translated it. They informed me they would charge me for the change. I vehemently refused. Meanwhile, they continued to gossip about me in Chinese, unaware I was recording. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
