Having previously experienced acrylic tips falling off within a week, I opted for dip powder tips. Unfortunately, the dip powder nails caused pain in my fingers and all of them fell off in less than a week. Due to this discomfort and lack of longevity, I will not be returning for nail services.
I recently had my nails done by Fiona, and I was pleased with her work. However, upon returning for another appointment with her, I was informed that she was unavailable to do my nails. Despite booking with her, I ended up having my pedicure done by another lady, and my nails by a different girl. It was disappointing that Fiona did not communicate or apologize for the change in plans. When making appointments with a specific person, it is expected that they will be the one to attend to you.
After just a week, two of my nails started lifting and I had to reattach them myself. Although the work environment is pleasant and friendly, my experience with the reliability of the nails done by Sasa has not been satisfactory. While I enjoyed the ambiance of the salon, the longevity of my nails was not as expected.
