The most exquisite massage experience I've ever had. Having traveled extensively and indulged in massages worldwide, I am extremely discerning due to my two previous back surgeries and foot issues. This establishment surpasses all others.
The masseuse who attended to me during my session seemed to lack proper training, as she applied excessive speed and pressure. Despite my repeated requests for a slower pace, she struggled to adjust. It's regrettable, as my previous visits to this establishment were always delightful. It's a shame that my usual Sunday retreat has been tarnished by this experience.
The massage was truly exceptional! Among the finest I've had in recent memory. However, I found the tipping process to be uncomfortable and inequitable. Despite paying $70 for an hour-long session, when I offered $10 in gratuity, the therapist recommended 20%, amounting to around $15. I agreed to add this to my card along with an extra $10 in cash. Upon leaving, I discovered a $20 charge on top of taking my $10 cash, totaling $100. What started as relaxation ended in stress and frustration, leaving a sour aftertaste.
