I had requested Extra Small Mid Back Knotless Braids, but was given Medium Waist length Box Braids instead. The stylist misrepresented her capabilities, insisting she could achieve the style I saw on their Instagram. Upon arrival, she informed me that she could only do Waist length and charged me extra ($385!). Feeling pressured, I reluctantly agreed.
