I adore the hue and form my gadget was incredibly friendly and truly paid attention to my desires, but there's absolutely no justification for being charged $95 for a full set of acrylics. The exact same set at my usual spot would've only been $30 and it would've looked just as nice if not better. They are significantly overpriced. Made a trip of over an hour to get here and I definitely won't be returning.
Selected #130 and ended up with a completely different color for over $50, cuticles cut, and 1.5 hours of my time wasted. I immediately informed my nail technician, but he didn't seem bothered when I expressed that I felt unsatisfied with my experience. I've been here about 5 times to give them multiple opportunities, but it's just average every time. I'll be taking my hard-earned money elsewhere.
If you're seeking specific designs, look elsewhere. I usually opt for simple designs and have been a patron here for years. HOWEVER, today I'm not even sure of the gentleman's name. He did a great job on my pedicure. However, he failed to inform me that he couldn't execute the design I wanted and proceeded to work on my nails resulting in a HIDEOUS design! He got upset when I asked him to remove it, but he should have disclosed his inability to do it, and I would've chosen something else. Instead of attempting a basic design, he opted to paint the entire nail pink since I needed pink after getting a pedicure with pink gel polish. I then expressed my dislike for my nails for the first time since coming here. Upon checking out, I inquired with the person in charge, who pointed to the owner's wife. She shook her head and started laughing, which was completely inappropriate. They don't rectify their mistakes or even try to make amends. After a while, they reluctantly asked Jennifer to "try" for an additional $10 and more time wasted. If you're looking for rushed service, poor customer care, lack of expertise, and basic nail designs, this is definitely the spot for you.
