Before discovering this salon, I had called two others without luck. However, they managed to accommodate me for a pedicure on a Friday evening, which was fantastic as I have plans for a music festival this weekend. Nancy, who did my pedicure, was exceptional - meticulous, efficient, and helped me choose a color from three different shades of pink. In addition to the pedicure, she squeezed me in for eyebrows and upper lip, all for under 60. I opted for a no-chip pedicure, and I will definitely be returning.
Absolutely dreadful experience here. The individual at the reception desk completely disregarded my request for a no-chip manicure. Not only did he make my nails significantly shorter than I requested, but the painting job was so sloppy, it looked like a child had done it. The polish ended up all over my fingers, and to top it off, the service barely lasted a day. When I returned seeking a refund, he flat out refused. I asked for someone else to fix the mess, but he declined and simply added another layer of paint on top of the botched job.
Extremely disappointed with the poor level of customer service at this establishment. Communication was severely lacking, as I specifically requested a polish change for my feet, yet the technician began preparing a foot soak instead. When I brought this to the attention of the technician, Ricky, he became defensive and raised his voice, claiming I should have spoken up earlier. Despite my clear instructions, he rudely told me to leave without paying for my manicure. I insisted on paying for the service rendered and left. I have not returned since. Customers should not be subjected to insults or used as an outlet for a staff member's frustrations.
