Took my daughter (12 years old) for a pedicure. She received significantly less attention and care compared to what I received, yet we were charged the same price. It's unfair that just because she is younger, she didn't receive the same level of service. The technician mentioned that my daughter had short nails and didn't require as much work as mine. I suggested that she could have utilized the extra time to provide an equal amount of leg massage to match my service since we were paying the same price. Instead of acknowledging this, she started arguing with me. I will not be returning.

Exceptional service. 1) The polish application extends all the way to the cuticle, ensuring a polished look without any visible growth. 2) They efficiently manage your time by multitasking - while my pedicure was being done, they soaked my nails to remove the old gel polish. 3) My nails look fantastic. I opted for a simple French design on my nails and a colorful version on my toes. The technician did a great job matching the stripe widths on both my fingers and toes. 4) The salon has a lovely ambiance - clean, bright, and well-lit.

I have been visiting this establishment regularly for more than a year now. The team consistently delivers excellent service. I have found the “ionic” gel treatment to be particularly beneficial in protecting my nail beds from heat lamps - my manicures have lasted up to 4 weeks, which is quite unusual for me! However, what truly compels me to leave a review is my recent experience. During my manicure, I accidentally swallowed water the wrong way, leading to a coughing fit. I felt embarrassed, but the staff immediately offered me water and checked on me. The manager even went out of their way to bring me a cough drop. Their thoughtfulness is just another reason why I will definitely be returning!
