Celebrated my birthday with nail services at V Nails. The technician was patient and understood my vision, delivering the best birthday nails I've ever had. The salon's cleanliness and trendy atmosphere added to the experience. Without a doubt, this is the premier salon in La Quinta!
On my first visit, Tina did an excellent job on a full set of nails and a pedicure. Her work was top-notch, and I've been a licensed cosmetologist for years. During my second visit for a fill after 3 weeks, Tina once again delivered outstanding results. I also had eyelashes done, and she listened to my preferences, achieving a perfect look. I highly recommend this salon, thanks to my friend Lulu who recommended it. Taking selfies to show off my nails and lashes was challenging, but they were done beautifully and naturally, just as I requested.
5 hours after my $60 pedicure, I noticed a ding in the polish on one toe. Upon closer inspection, I found the polish was not fully dry and could be easily moved. I contacted the salon, and they promptly scheduled me for a fix the next day. While I inquired about a partial refund, it was declined. The pedicurist provided a great massage, earning a $10 tip. However, no apology or explanation was offered. Although my toes were eventually fixed, the lack of customer service was disappointing. I had never encountered this issue in all my years of pedicures. Luckily, there are many nail salons in the area, and I will try a different one next time.
