I am utterly let down!! After reading numerous reviews and doing thorough research, I had high hopes for this salon to become my new go-to for nails. However, after today's service, I am seriously reconsidering that. The service was far from professional! I had two simple expectations - no cuticle nicks and the correct nail color. Unfortunately, neither was met today, especially on a day when I needed my nails to look perfect for an engagement ring fitting.
I adore the women at this place!! They are incredibly skilled and fantastic. Big shoutout to Tran for the fabulous nails she has done for me. Also, a huge thank you to Laura (her acrylic filing skills are on point) and Nancy. Every visit with you all is always a delightful experience. They do tend to get quite busy (due to their excellence), so it's best to come early and schedule an appointment.
