I am utterly let down!! After reading numerous reviews and doing thorough research, I had high hopes for this salon to become my new go-to for nails. However, after today's service, I am seriously reconsidering that. The service was far from professional! I had two simple expectations - no cuticle nicks and the correct nail color.
