Sona beauty salon holds a special place in my heart. I've been a patron of the owner for the past 12 years, and I have nothing but praise for this establishment. They are precise, effective, and incredibly attentive. Their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is unparalleled. Every visit to the salon is a comforting experience, with the staff going above and beyond to cater to my needs with a smile. I highly recommend this salon, and I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
The shaping of my brows was decent, but the inconsistency in their operating hours is frustrating. On multiple occasions, I arrived during their posted hours only to find them closed. While there were a few instances where I was promptly attended to, more often than not, I had to endure lengthy waits of over 20 minutes. After giving them another chance and being asked to return in an hour, I decided to leave and not come back. I do understand that it's a small business and they may have limited staff, but they should consider implementing a reservation system to manage customer expectations.
I've been a loyal customer of this salon since my college days, almost a decade of exceptional skills and service. Abha is meticulous and always ensures that I walk out with perfectly groomed eyebrows. I cannot speak highly enough of this place!
