Arrived at the end of the year for a relaxing massage session, opted for the standard 1-hour treatment and emerged rejuvenated for the new year. I effectively communicated with the massage therapist so they knew where to focus on. The establishment is tidy and peaceful. The pricing is reasonable and the expertise is satisfactory.
The massage was satisfactory. My concern lies in the discrepancy between the advertised price of $30 for a 30-minute massage on the website and being charged $40 upon completion. When I pointed out the website, I was informed it was outdated (suggesting an update is due!). I handed over a $50 bill and requested $5 in change. To my surprise, I was informed that the standard tip is $10. I expressed that this amounted to a 25% tip, yet my change was not returned. While I am not wealthy, I am financially stable, so I chose to let it go, although the incident left a sour taste in my mouth.
Recently visited this spa under new ownership. Initially, I had concerns about the lack of experience of the new proprietors. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received! I entered in discomfort and left feeling significantly lighter. The new owner exceeded my expectations, providing a top-notch experience. I am truly impressed!
