Danielle lacked experience and was unable to execute haircuts to meet clients' preferences. Despite showing her reference images numerous times and clearly stating that I wanted a short fringed mullet, she declared the cut finished after just 5 minutes. To my dismay, I ended up with a bob and the most unattractive short bangs imaginable. She rushed me out of the chair, leading my husband, who was next in line, to cancel his appointment due to the poor quality of my haircut. We had planned to pay for two haircuts and leave a tip, but instead, we received one disastrous haircut and have no intention of returning to that establishment. Supercuts offers complimentary recuts with a receipt, a service I strongly recommend taking advantage of if you happen to have Danielle as your stylist. Hopefully, they will hire more competent staff soon, but judging from the reviews that haven't been removed, I have my doubts. Save yourself the trouble and visit any other location.

I would rate this establishment a zero if I could! I visited for a haircut with the expectation of receiving a quality service. It was my error for not inspecting it before leaving, and upon arriving home, I noticed that the individual had significantly misaligned one side of my head near my ear area! The cut was excessively high on one side. I have no intention of returning to this place! I believe I overheard that she held a managerial position.
