I have visited a few times before writing this review. I clearly communicated to the technician that I was growing out my brows and just needed a cleanup. Unfortunately, my left brow ended up being half an inch shorter than my right brow, with one stray hair left at the end. When I pointed this out at the end, the technician's response was dismissive, saying, "Well, there weren't many hairs there anyway." Throughout the process, the tech did not pause to communicate, inquire, or monitor progress, ultimately leaving me with significantly uneven brows without even offering an apology. I do not recommend this place and will return to Lash Lounge in Rogers.
