I have visited a few times before writing this review. I clearly communicated to the technician that I was growing out my brows and just needed a cleanup. Unfortunately, my left brow ended up being half an inch shorter than my right brow, with one stray hair left at the end. When I pointed this out at the end, the technician's response was dismissive, saying, "Well, there weren't many hairs there anyway." Throughout the process, the tech did not pause to communicate, inquire, or monitor progress, ultimately leaving me with significantly uneven brows without even offering an apology. Danielle lacked experience and was unable to execute haircuts to meet clients' preferences. Despite showing her reference images numerous times and clearly stating that I wanted a short fringed mullet, she declared the cut finished after just 5 minutes. To my dismay, I ended up with a bob and the most unattractive short bangs imaginable. She rushed me out of the chair, leading my husband, who was next in line, to cancel his appointment due to the poor quality of my haircut. We had planned to pay for two haircuts and leave a tip, but instead, we received one disastrous haircut and have no intention of returning to that establishment. Supercuts offers complimentary recuts with a receipt, a service I strongly recommend taking advantage of if you happen to have Danielle as your stylist. Hopefully, they will hire more competent staff soon, but judging from the reviews that haven't been removed, I have my doubts.
