This is by far the worst place I have ever encountered. I reached out to them because of their proximity. Regrettably so. On my initial visit, I inquired about prices for laser hair removal on three specific areas of my body: armpits, Brazilian bikini area, and legs. Prior to this, I had already researched prices at another spa for a full-body treatment, which ranged from $120 to $150 per session. To my astonishment, they quoted me $980 for 10 sessions targeting these three body parts, with each session supposedly covering all three areas. I agreed and made the payment, yet no documentation was provided. During the first session, the staff seemed unaware of our agreement, suggesting only two areas be treated per session. Despite my acquiescence, the treatment was haphazard, with some areas left incomplete. Excuses about equipment malfunctions were offered. I was left unsatisfied, as the outdated machine yielded no results. I requested a refund for the botched session, only to be told I would be charged half the total amount. I caution others against patronizing this establishment; they are deceitful and unprofessional. A decision I deeply regret.
