Master Brows

This used to be my preferred threading spot for my forehead. On my last visit, the lady refused to thread my forehead. I suggested there must be someone else. She insisted there wasn't. I've always had my forehead done by her. What's the issue? She claimed the hairs wouldn't catch in the thread, which was untrue. I told her she's become lazy. She also wouldn't heed my request to avoid the middle of my forehead while doing the sides. I had to physically block her from threading the middle. I let her do my eyebrows once, and she kept removing hair from the top, despite my objections. She's lazy and doesn't listen. The salon also has an unpleasant odor.

I believe they've shut. I've visited a few times late afternoon and this morning, and they're shut. The lone sign states they need assistance. Could it be they lack a threader? They ought to update online.

I'm a regular customer and never had any issues with them. They've always been fantastic. However, when I visited on 8-20-16, they botched my eyebrows without an apology. Only when I requested to speak to someone else did they start apologizing. I had to pay the full price despite the mistake. As a loyal customer, I expected at least a discount. I waited so long to get my eyebrows just right for them to mess it up. If you're unsure of your skills, don't touch me. 😡
