Exceptional individuals and salon. However, the wait time is truly excessive! I endured a 2-hour wait before being attended to. The process was staggered, with one person performing one task, then another taking over for a different service, leaving me waiting in between. It became quite frustrating, especially after already waiting for 2 hours. They should consider hiring more staff as two people are simply not sufficient!
