They canceled my appointment just 20 minutes before it was scheduled, and I was already at the counter to check in when it happened. The manager on duty walked right past me without acknowledging me, and I assumed she would come back. But it seems like she was deliberately avoiding me.

The Japanese straightening treatment I paid $300 for did not deliver the desired results and the salon failed to rectify the situation as promised. I hadn’t had my hair styled since the pandemic began and I had a big trip coming up and really needed to get something done with my hair. Jay at Bamboo salon worked some magic and truly transformed my hair as you can see from the photos displayed left to right. (My hair was down to my waist before the first photo was taken) I am in love with my hair again, it feels and looks so much healthier. I adore how no matter how I style my hair, it looks stunning. I definitely plan to return! Nicoa gave me the BEST spray tan I've ever had!!! My hands, feet, shade was Perfection. I walked into her salon like the frazzled bride I was... 4 days before my wedding & had never met her but decided (VERY) last minute that I would regret not having some color for my wedding day. She asked me detailed questions about my hair preferences, type, past styles, showing genuine concern for my hair and the products she would use. I requested a hairstyle similar to "Jessie James Decker," and she absolutely nailed it.
