I'm so disheartened to report this but I usually visit here to get my nails done. Previously they have been flawless. Today, I requested short French tips and a simple white pedicure. The accompanying images will display what I received. The gentlemen were unable to comprehend my request which ultimately resulted in him cutting my toenail too short. I'm so let down. Supposed to be getting ready for Tulum, now I have to return and redo my nails. With the Sally's bag in the background, I'm heading home to do my nails myself.
I had a marvelous time here. The salon itself was so welcoming and spotless, creating a serene ambiance. The manager went above and beyond to ensure I was at ease and delivered exceptional customer service. The nail technician was not only skilled but also incredibly detail-oriented, and my nails turned out stunningly. I am truly impressed with this salon and will absolutely be returning for more indulgence!
I have been frequenting Villa for over two years now, This is the finest salon in Fort Worth! From the leadership, to the nail artists, to the immaculate beautiful salon, this place is top-notch. I never depart dissatisfied. Victor at the reception is outstanding! Tin, Rachel, Miley, and Chloe always execute their work exceptionally well. The prices are very reasonable and every nail artist is seasoned. I consistently receive compliments on my nails wherever I go and I always refer them here, and everyone is always so content! Finest nail salon ever!
