I'm so disheartened to report this but I usually visit here to get my nails done. Previously they have been flawless. Today, I requested short French tips and a simple white pedicure. The accompanying images will display what I received. The gentlemen were unable to comprehend my request which ultimately resulted in him cutting my toenail too short. I'm so let down. Supposed to be getting ready for Tulum, now I have to return and redo my nails. Complete waste of both time and money. My nails began to peel only two hours after leaving the salon, despite the service being excessively time-consuming. The individual performing the service failed to fully remove the old acrylic, resulting in uneven nails.
