Complete waste of both time and money. My nails began to peel only two hours after leaving the salon, despite the service being excessively time-consuming. The individual performing the service failed to fully remove the old acrylic, resulting in uneven nails. Their technique was unsteady, leading to smudged polish, and it seemed as though they lacked experience in nail care.

I had a fantastic experience at Nails & Beyond - Hulen. The salon exudes cleanliness and sophistication, establishing a serene ambiance. The complimentary massage was a delightful touch, and the nail technicians displayed remarkable skill and friendliness. I departed feeling indulged and sporting beautiful nails. A five-star rating without a doubt!

I have visited this establishment before a couple of years back and had a negative encounter, but I decided to give it another chance. I entered with my son and close companion. They opted for an intricate nail design with a lengthy shape, as that was their preference. Personally, I simply requested basic acrylic nails with a coat of polish, as I prefer simplicity. However, I felt like my choice was not respected. Subsequently, the gentleman at the reception desk came over, sat down, and engaged in a discussion with the nail technician regarding pricing. He insisted that I be charged $45 instead of $35 because I had only asked for acrylic nails and polish. Despite my nails being short, I was billed for length. The polish application was subpar, and my cuticles were not properly tended to. In my opinion, the quality of service did not align with the amount I paid. It is unprofessional to discuss customers in their presence and arbitrarily set prices. I will not be returning to this establishment. The atmosphere created was highly uncomfortable. Shouldn't I have the autonomy to choose what I desire without being scrutinized? Especially considering I am the one paying for the service!
