The positive is that this location is convenient. I stopped coming here years ago due to poor service. Unfortunately, my recent massages were incomplete, with therapists neglecting to massage the front of my body. I had to direct the therapist too much and ask for firmer pressure. 90 minutes wasted without the service I expected. I recommend inquiring about the best therapists before booking to avoid disappointment.
Brenda is incredibly rude!! I left before my massage because her energy was so negative. I arrived at 3:45 for my 4pm appointment. She didn't call me back until 4:09, which was fine. She didn't greet me or apologize for being late, and didn't even fully turn the corner when calling my name. I asked if I would lose time from my massage, and she shrugged with an irritated face, saying, "I don't know, we don't have rooms." I questioned why I would lose time when I wasn't late, and she replied in a nasty tone, "Your appointment starts NOW." Her attitude made me uncomfortable, so I left. The front desk apologized and noted not to book with her again, but management didn't offer a solution. I regret getting a membership here. Brenda needs to change her attitude and treat customers better. I won't be returning to this location.
First-time experience and last. Theresa started 10 minutes late, showed no concern, and provided bad customer service. No consultation happened, and the massage was subpar. She only did light pressure, despite booking medium. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the front desk staff didn't seem bothered. Disappointed with the service and won't be returning.
