I had a man do my nails (pink and white standard) and I asked him throughout my process to not have the nails look too pink. I wanted a more natural look. He insisted the pink he chose would not be too pink and that they would lighten up. As the process finished, the pink was terribly pink and not natural at all. He still managed to charge me even though I told him I didn’t like them and he didn’t offer to fix them. Won’t be back to get my nails done there anymore.
Wouldn’t even recommend 1 star. They are absolutely terrible. I took my fiancé brother to get his homecoming nails done and mine and they turned out so bad. And charged me $70 $22 for a freaking flower design that looks like white blobs or cow print. My fiancé brother's nails were literally pointed straight up. And the man said “that’s how his nails are.” Absolutely not. Would not waste your money going here.
Our service is always great here. They get us in quickly. The lavender pedicure is so relaxing. I especially love the hot towels and the little foot/ankle massage that they do. I get the gel nails and the polish lasts for 4-6 weeks for me.
