The staff here is so kind and attentive. I had a wonderful mani-pedi experience, they were very meticulous. The massage chairs were super comfy and they did an excellent job. I will definitely be returning!
Today wasn't my first visit to this nail salon, and unfortunately, it may be my last. I had a bad experience with my nail stylist being unfriendly and rough during my first visit. This time, I didn't even get my nails done. We arrived at 5:30 for our appointment, but only my sister was taken in after waiting for almost an hour. By the time they offered to do my nails, it was too late as it would have taken hours more. My sister's nails looked okay but were done amateurishly, and she was cut a few times, similar to my previous experience with acrylics. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I wish the business success, but I hope they take this feedback to improve their services.
