Kathy displays a lack of regard for others' time. Of the five scheduled appointments, she arrived late for four. Despite notifying me of a 15-minute delay, she was still 10 minutes tardy upon my arrival. Suggesting to postpone my appointment further while I was already present due to her potential lateness for the next client was unacceptable! Her justification? She underestimated the time needed for my supposedly simple haircut. Kathy, it's not about the simplicity; it's about being prepared for your clients' preferences. Do not shift the blame onto us for your lack of readiness! You have wasted my time! Advising a reschedule when the customer is already present is not how customer service works!
During my visit for a haircut, Kate was the stylist assigned to me. I requested layers and showed her a reference photo. Unfortunately, she executed it incorrectly, assuring me it wouldn't be too short but ended up cutting it very brief. Despite quoting $75, I only paid $60 as I was dissatisfied with her service. Kate projected confidence in her abilities but fell short. Moreover, she cut my hair while I was standing, which is highly unprofessional. A disappointing experience; I will not be returning to this salon.
